The renovation of Farmácia Portas da Maia was based on two main objectives: on the one hand, to expand the product display area and, on the other, to create a reserved, comfortable service room suitable for more personalized support.

To achieve this goal, a profound reorganization of the back office was carried out. As a result, it was possible to recover around 20 m² and expand the sales and exhibition area, without compromising the operational efficiency of the technical areas.
